The site is situated at the base of the Pirin mountain 1 km away from one of the 5 golf courses being developed in the area. The ski lifts are approximately 4km away and there will be on site shuttles working throughout the year to and from the resort of Bansko and other local areas of natural beauty.

The site, which is 21,000 square metres is the original Pioneer (Scouts) base for the region. It was chosen for its ideal location to commence trekking and skiing adventures from. This is why it is such a unique location. It is actually within the forested area and over 50% of the trees are to be kept to give the site a feeling of being well established and also in line with the philosophy of the developer to observe the areas natural beauty. 

The developer is a partnership of Irish, British and Bulgarian individuals and they are keen to build something of high quality and value. The site will also have a large professional spa centre and boutique hotel, this will offer the purchasers of the apartments a revenue generating option if they want to sub let their apartments back to the hotel.   The complex has been designed by Architectural Studio who have been responsible for some of the most attractive building projects in Bulgaria.

265 luxury apartments which will be finished and fitted out to the highest standards, offering a choice of packages.  All apartments will be triple glazed and will conform to all EU standards.  Most apartments will be en-suite and have a fireplace.  In addition, there will be a  4,500 sq metre spa and leisure centre together with small boutique hotel. 2 restaurants, 3 bars and a small shopping centre. 

There is a natural stream running through the site which will be preserved to enhance the relaxing feeling of the resort. The resort is 50 metres from beginning of Pirin National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and only 1 km from nearest golf course.

Spa

The Spa will include saunas, steam room, gym, relaxation room, pool, massage rooms, restaurant with bar and health food bar.   The massage rooms will be operated by Thai masseurs.

Philosophy: The resort is going to focus on the clients requirements for relaxation whilst delivering top class service and amenities. T he developer wants his clients to forget about the everyday worries once they enter the resort so all services will be delivered on a no cash basis- everything is to be managed via a state of the art billing system which is used via onsite credit cards and cards can be managed and topped up via several strategic topping up stations to ensure the client is always in control of their expenses (this can also be viewed via the web interface). 

Each apartment will have internet access and access to the onsite web interface to allow the client to order food, via the restaurants or from the local supermarkets. Also food and drinks can be pre-ordered prior to arriving to ensure the fridge is full of the clients’ favourite things. The interface will also allow you to place your orders from home so that when you arrive everything is in place.

Razlog 

The area is the subject of significant development, which will include the opening up of further ski lifts, the closest of which will be approximately 1KM from The Pioneer Resort and Spa, an airfield and other amenities to cater for the social and adventurous side of life.  Just a few miles away is to beautiful village of Banya, which is home to two Roman baths, which are open to the public.
